In-Store Return Policy

 

If your non-prescription purchase at Norland Avenue Pharmacy does not meet your expectations, you may return it within two months (60 days) of purchase with an original receipt. To return an item, the item must be unused and it its original packaging. The only exception will be for vitamins or supplements that were taken as directed but provided unsatisfactory results. In that case, the original receipt must be accompanied by the empty bottle/container. There are some items that are ineligible for return including final clearance items, braces, socks, and support hose. Holiday décor items may only be returned if broken or defective. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to talk to any of our team members.

Refunds

If you wish to return an item, we must receive your request at inquiry@NorlandRx.com within 15 days of the date you received the item. We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original packaging, in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for opened items, used items, or gift cards.

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and your refund has been processed. The money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, or defective item, we will happily exchange the item for a new one. Please email a picture of the item to inquiry@NorlandRx.com within 15 days of receiving your product to request a replacement product.

 

Return/Exchange Shipping

After your return/exchange request to inquiry@NorlandRx.com has been approved, you may ship the package and send us the tracking number. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels or shipping materials.
