DIY Pain Gel Recipe

In a 2-ounce glass jar add the following essential oils. Fill the remaining space with Plant Therapy Aloe Jelly. Stir well until the oils are entirely blended with the jelly. Apply as needed for pain.

  • 8 drops of Frankincense (known for being a strong anti-inflammatory agent and great for cramps and spasms)

  • 6 drops of Thyme (which is helpful with increasing circulation and reducing inflammation)

  • 8 drops of Turmeric (best known for its anti-inflammatory properties)

  • 8 drops of Wintergreen (which provides cooling relief while combatting inflammation)
