Many of you will be changing insurance coverage effective January 1st. In order for us to provide the best service possible, we ask that you call and provide us with your new insurance information as soon as you receive it. If you wait until you come to pick up your medications to tell us that your insurance changed, you may have to wait for us to re-process the medication before you are able to check out and get on your way.
When you call, please have your new insurance information on hand. We will need you to provide the following:
