RX365 APP UPDATE

Since we rolled out our Rx365 app earlier this year, you have provided a great deal of feedback on ways we can improve the app. We have passed those suggestions on to the developers and are happy to report that changes have been made.


First, if you need to request refills for multiple prescriptions, you no longer have to click into each prescription separately. At the top of the screen, click on “Refill Multiple”, choose the medications you need, and hit “Request Refill” at the bottom.

Second, we can now link family members into the same account. If you would like to add a family member to your Rx365 account, please email inquiry@NorlandRx.com and provide your name and birthdate as well as the name and birthdate of the person you would like to link. If you do not have email, you can call the store (717-217-6790) and provide the information to one of our associates over the phone.
