Carl's Drug Store Acquisition

What is the oldest independent pharmacy continuously serving the same community in all of America? You may be surprised to find out that the answer is Carl’s Drug Store in Greencastle, PA. Established in 1825, the store is closing in on
 200 years of service to the Greencastle community.

We are happy to announce that Dr. Wayne Myers has recently taken over as owner of Carl’s Drug Store to continue to provide the Greencastle community

with the outstanding level of service, only an independent pharmacy can provide.

Don’t worry, you will still see Wayne here at Norland Avenue Pharmacy quite a bit as pretty much all of the employees—including the pharmacist— at Carl’s will continue on staff.

“What a blessing to be able to continue running a pharmacy with such a rich history,” Wayne said. “I am very excited to see what God has in store for Carl’s.”
